    The following positions are currently available:

    Service Desk / Field Engineer (Metro Atlanta)

    We are currently seeking a qualified MSCE to work at our global support desk and backup our on-site support engineer(s) in the Metro Atlanta areas, as needed. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate must be very familiar with Microsoft Windows Server O/S and MS-Exchange and have the ability to communicate clearly with customers and other support personnel via telephone or email. You must also be able to very clearly document your work within our trouble ticketing system. Successful candidate will report to our offices in Atlanta, work (mostly) independently, and support our customers throughout the US and the Caribbean.
