Information Technology Service Specialists for Your Business
In 1986, long before information technology managed solutions were in widespread use across all industries, our company
identified that if we only had customer contact when we were needed for IT repair issues,
we'd mainly be talking to unhappy customers. Furthermore, if each time a computer or server
needed technical service and the IT provider got to bill by the hour, where was the incentive
to proactively make that customer's network trouble-free? There had to be a better way. We set
out to align our customer’s information technology goals with our own. Our customers wanted trouble-free
networks and affordable information technology support. We wanted happy customers. And so, we began to
develop our managed IT program. Our first four customers in what became known as 'managed services' were on-board by 1999...the rest is
IT managed services history.
Our award winning Information Technology (IT) management and continuity platform, Guaranteed Networks®,
was designed to fulfill the total IT support requirements of Boca Raton small businesses or enhance
the existing IT staff of larger organizations by off-loading the mundane "back-end"
tasks that well run technology departments know to outsource.
We deliver technological services in a number of flavors to fit your needs, your environment,
and your budget.
